Returns Policy

  1. Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them.

  • 1. Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • 2. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, wrong size, etc.) if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in a sellable condition will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only - shipping costs will not be reimbursed in this instance.
  • 3. Computer Software, Videos, CDs, Cassettes, DVDs or other media may only be returned for refunds if unopened.  If opened, they may be returned only for replacement of the same item.
  • 4. Regardless of the reason for return, we ask that you please call us within 10 days of receipt of your items if you wish to return or exchange them.  Please DO NOT return items without first receiving authorization and instructions from us. Your return may not be accepted otherwise.
  • 5. Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee at our discretion.

Once authorized, please ship your return and a copy of your receipt, prepaid to:

If it is convenient, once authorized returns or exchanges can be done at our store in person in Burlington, Ontario. Please bring a copy of the receipt mailed with your order and let the staff know the order was placed online.  

Reimbursement

Upon receipt of an approved return, we will reimburse you for the item being returned for the price at which it was purchased. A credit will be issued to the card used when your order was placed. We may need to contact you to obtain the card number in order to issue the refund. 

Return shipping costs

If you ship an authorized return back to us, we will only assume responsibility for reimbursing return shipping charges only if:

  • We have shipped the wrong item , or
  • We have shipped a damaged or defective item

For returns for any other reason, the cost of return shipping charges is your responsibility.
